Privacy policy

We have various policies related to various items. Below policies usually apply on all products unless we specifically mention different terms under description of each product.

Shipping Details:
  • We ship the items worldwide.
  • All items are usually in Stock and ship Within 24 Hours of receiving payment. However there may be instances when we may not have a particular item in stock. In this case, we will let you know and request you to swap it with another product or we refund the money back to you.
  • We use USPS to post items to our customers in USA or Fedex or DHL Express if we post from our Malaysian warehouse. Most of our items are shipped using 1 week Express Delivery. However if there is any item to deliver in longer period, we will mention it all explicitly in the Shipping section of that item.
  • As we mostly do 1 week delivery and all shipments do arrive in a week time. However there may be delays expected for few countries such as Philippines, India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Vietnam and few African countries due to strict custom checking.
  • We ship next day (excluding weekends & holidays).
Return Policy:
  • Usually our products come with 7 days return if you find any damage or issue with the product.
  • However there are few products which do not have any Return option so please kindly see our Return policy associated with each product.
  • There are also few products where we do have return policy limited to certain conditions. For example, products which require online registration and once they are registered with the vendor, we will not be able to accept the returns for those products. So please read the return policy carefully pertaining to each list.
  • Before accepting the return, we may ask you to provide any snapshot of the item in order to understand the type of damage or in order to do any ID verification or investigation at our end. If you cannot provide our required information to us, we may not be able to accept the return. If you provide this information then give us 4-5 working days to investigate the issue at our end or time for us to liase with our vendor before we are able to accept the return. In case we accept the return, you will have to ship the product back to us on your own cost and provide us tracking ID of the item and once we receive the item, we will be able to ship the replacement item to you.
Terms & Conditions:
  • If merchandise is found defective please contact us within 7 days of receipt and return the item to us. We will issue a brand new replacement item.
  • Returned item must be in the original package.
  • Please note that items will not be considered for exchange/refund if you escalate the issue with Paypal. In this case, co-operation from our end will be very limited.
  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If the item is returned back due to you not picking up the item or due to wrong address then re-shipment cost will have to bare by customer.
  • Please note, we do not ship to PO Box Numbers.
  • Please make sure you understand and accept the above Terms & Conditions and all our policies before purchasing. If you do not agree with them, please do not purchase.
