Shipping & Returns Policy
What is our Shipping Cost?
1. Shipping to United Sates is free and we ship using USPS 2 days priority mail or Fedex Home Delivery for any size that is in our ready stock.
2. Shipping to Canada and Mexico is an additional amount which varies from item to item and you can see it at the time of checkout
3. Shipping to rest of the worldwide locations is usually a flat fee between USD50-60 which you can check at the time of checkout
Shipping And Handling Policies
1. We take at least 48-72 hours to prepare your order and get this out through priority shipping service which will deliver in 3-4 working days max.
2. We process every order during weekdays Monday to Friday.
3. We will ship your order with Fedex home delivery or USPS priority Mail if it is for United States delivery.
4. We will ship your order through USPS International Priority Mail service or Fedex for any international order.
5. For any orders of Mexico we will use ship via Ship America service. Andy order for Canada, we will ship using Purolator service from Illinois to Canada
6. We do not ship to PO Box. Because we require signature acknowledgement on every shipment thus requiring client to acknowledge receiving the shipment.
7. Sometimes we may ship the order direct from our overseas factory if your desired particular size or color is not in stock. It will not change the order handling period of 2 days as it remains the same. The only difference would be the courier service which we use would become DHL for North America and if your order is from Europe then it would be shipped out through Skynet service.
Our Return Policy?
1. You are not happy with your purchase and want to return it back? No problem. You can return the product within 30 days and we will be more than happy to accept return for refund as long as it is received in original condition and packaging. Our restocking fee is 20%.
2. For United States, you can return it back to our Glendale Heights, IL. We strongly advise you to contact us first so we can guide you on the return procedure.
3. If you are in Canada, you can return it back to our Amazon fulfilment center address which we can guide you about. Same goes for European customers returning the product back to Amazon fulfilment center addresses available in 5 European countries including Italy, Germany, France, Spain and United Kingdom. Australian customers can return to our Sydney address and Asian customers can return back to our Singapore address.
4. If it is our fault for sending wrong product, we will cover the return cost and will happily ship correct replacement to you.
5. If you changed the mind and would like to return the product, then you will return the product at your cost to nearest available warehouse and we will keep 20% re-stocking fee or at least $25 whichever is higher if it is for United States and in case of International orders, we will only keep the initial shipping cost we charged you and there is no re-stocking fee.
Can I cancel my order?
If you do wish to cancel an order please Contact Us immediately. In the event that we are unable to cancel the shipment in time, the normal return policy will apply.
